Drying highly active and toxic substances in the pilot plant, laboratory or production requires protective measures for both the operator and the product. PINK has therefore combined the VSD vacuum drying oven with an isolator to make the handling of HAPI products safe. The VSDI is perfect for drying these substances.

Structure and function
- There are various options for feeding and discharging the product, such as RTPs, main and lock chambers, endless hose systems, etc.
- Filter systems for supply and exhaust air incl. Pressure control (filter disposal from inside the isolator)
- CIP device, consisting of spray nozzles and spray gun
- VSD with special door design for ergonomic working inside the isolator
- VSD doors can be rotated through 180°: easy cleaning and visual inspection of the front and rear
- Hepa filter in front of the vacuum connection piece to protect the vacuum device from contamination (filter disposal from inside the isolator here too)
