Pioneering technologies in the fields of e-mobility, renewable energies, power LEDs and consumer electronics require modern electronic components with the highest requirements in terms of service life, reliability, thermal load capacity, installation space and weight. SiC chip technology for the latest generation of high-performance components is particularly noteworthy here, as it needs to be scaled up quickly in order to implement the necessary energy transition on the global market.
To this end, PINK is supplying a new generation of our SIN sintering plant with a modular design, whereby individual modules can be easily integrated into the production line. With our high-quality systems from the SIN series, sintered joints can be achieved that are characterized by particularly reliable, resilient and high-temperature-resistant properties.
We develop and manufacture laboratory systems, prototypes and modular inline sintering systems for series production, e.g. with full automation and seamless traceability of production processes. All our systems are customized, tailored to your requirements and products.
In close consultation with our customers, we offer tool concepts (soft tool and/or hard tool) adapted to the individual customer layout.
Fully automated loading and unloading systems including film handling for your PINK sintering system can also be offered on customer request.
