For the second time in a row, PINK GmbH Thermosysteme was honored with the TOP 100 Award in the “Innovation Success” category.

On Friday, June 28, PINK received the coveted trophy during the German SME Summit in Weimar.

With its high-tech vacuum systems for soldering and sintering, PINK offers the solution for high-volume production of complex high-performance components, such as the latest SiC chip technology. This technology enables a higher power density on a smaller surface area and is crucial for e-mobility and the energy sector. According to Managing Director Andrea Pink, the scaling and production of these chips is an important step towards the energy transition. Our systems are ideally suited for this, e.g. with the option of expanding the soldering system with a sintering module.
