Wertheim – PINK GmbH Thermosysteme from Wertheim-Bestenheid has once again come out on top in the TOP 100 innovation competition and also bears the TOP 100 seal in 2025.

The TOP 100 is based on a scientific selection process led by innovation researcher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke. On behalf of compamedia, the organizer of the competition, he and his team analyzed the innovative strength of the participants on the basis of more than 100 test criteria.

At its core, the TOP 100 analysis is about whether innovations are the result of structured innovation management in companies – or whether they arise by chance. “Innovation means acting instead of reacting,” says Franke, “it means actively shaping the future instead of hoping that nothing will change.”

PINK GmbH Thermosysteme is now one of the top innovators for the third time in a row. The mechanical engineering company has made a name for itself primarily in the field of vacuum brazing and sintering systems.

For the current round of the competition, Managing Director Andrea Pink and her team have once again taken the trouble to process the extensive application documents. “It really gets down to the nitty-gritty,” says Pink, because the aim is to deal intensively with the individual topics.

This makes the independent analyses from Prof. Dr. Franke’s team, which all participants receive, all the more valuable. For PINK Thermosysteme, they have become an important tool for evaluating its strategies.

TOP 100 has been taking place for 32 years – 364 SMEs applied in 2025. Of these, 262 were successful and have held the TOP 100 Seal 2025 since February 1.

On June 27, all top innovators of the year 2025 will come together at the Rheingoldhalle in Mainz for the award ceremony as part of the German SME Summit. Ranga Yogeshwar will be there to congratulate us personally on our TOP 100 success.
