On Tuesday, December 1, the management of PINK GmbH Thermosysteme was delighted to honor employees who have been with the company for many years.
Retaining employees and creating secure, long-term jobs are an important corporate objective of PINK GmbH Thermosysteme. Especially in difficult economic times such as this year, due to the coronavirus COVID-19, such goals become particularly important.
The management was therefore all the more pleased to once again honor some long-standing employees on December 1, 2020. PINK employs a large number of employees who have been with the company for a long time, which makes the company stand out as a secure employer in Wertheim. PINK GmbH Thermosysteme has been in business for over 40 years and supplies customized special systems worldwide. PINK owes its long and successful existence to its employees, who have always actively supported the company, especially in the very busy last few years.
The management congratulated three employees on their 25th anniversary with the company:
Fernando Cortes-Roldan works as an industrial mechanic in the field of machining. However, he was one of the first two trainees of company founder Friedrich Pink back in 1979. Training and thus recruiting specialists from within its own ranks has always been an important focus of PINK.
Rudolf Knes founded the company Plasma-Finish GmbH 25 years ago and joined PINK GmbH Thermosysteme in 2007 because the areas complemented each other very well. He is responsible for the sales and development of low-pressure plasma systems.
Stephen Strinz works as an industrial mechanic at PINK. He started in the quality department, but switched to the service department very early on and is responsible for setting up our systems and training our customers worldwide.
Employees Jürgen Schäfer, Nico Ulrich and Friedrich Markert were honored for their 10 years of service to the company.
Jürgen Schäfer works as a senior electrician in the field of electrical installation.
As an industrial mechanic, Nico Ulrich is responsible for the mechanical assembly of vacuum soldering systems.
Friedl Markert supports the team in the warehouse area.
Managing Director Andrea Althaus and Commercial Director Alexander Klug thanked all those celebrating their anniversaries for their commitment and loyalty to the company. In recognition, these employees received a bonus and a certificate of honor.
