Überlingen – Congratulations at the German SME Summit: Ranga Yogeshwar congratulates PINK GmbH Thermosysteme from Wertheim on being awarded the TOP 100 seal.
The award ceremony at the Summit took place on Friday, June 23, in Augsburg for all SMEs that received the TOP 100 seal at the beginning of the year. The science journalist is mentoring the innovation competition, which is being held for the 30th time. In the scientific selection process, PINK was particularly impressive in size category B (51 to 200 employees in Germany) in the “Innovation success” category.
The TOP 100 company portrait published on the occasion of the award states (excerpt):
In future markets such as e-mobility and energy management, high-precision soldering and sintering systems are in demand. PINK has achieved innovative success here as the world market leader for vacuum soldering systems. As a special plant manufacturer, the family-owned company cooperates intensively with its customers and also generally relies on cooperation with process suppliers, institutes and universities for its innovation work. A systematic analysis of market and technology trends is also used to identify and evaluate the company’s own innovation potential. Another focus is on environmental management: “We attach great importance to protecting the environment and taking ecological factors into account. That’s why we are continuously committed to environmentally friendly production processes,” says Managing Director Andrea Pink. PINK’s consistent development work is paying off: Innovative products and services account for a significant proportion of sales. The latest innovative successes include, for example, a modular vacuum continuous brazing system, which is scalable thanks to its modular design and can be flexibly adapted to customer requirements.
