PINK GmbH is committed to quality as an integral part of its corporate policy in order to satisfy customers, employees, suppliers and owners.

The management of PINK GmbH has set itself the goal of a quality policy and pursues this as an integral part of its corporate policy. In its core statement, it defines the company’s aspirations with regard to the quality of its products and services for customers, employees, suppliers and owners.

These are summarized in the following guidelines:

  1. It is our goal and will to satisfy our customers with application-oriented, innovative and solid technical solutions and flawless products.
  2. The quality standard is supported by all employees at all levels and in all areas of the company and does not end at the respective boundaries of the area of responsibility. All employees are committed to a process of continuous improvement.
  3. Quality deficiencies are identified as early as possible and rectified immediately and prevented by the established control loops.
  4. Through cooperative and trusting collaboration with suppliers and partners, lasting and stable business relationships are to be established that guarantee a consistent quality standard across company boundaries.
  5. The reputation acquired on the market through the high quality standard promotes the position of our company in the long term and secures jobs and economic success.
  6. Through careful handling and economical use of resources (water, air, raw materials and energy), we do not want to unnecessarily burden or reduce our natural resources.
  7. We work to ensure that all employees in the company behave in accordance with the requirements of occupational health and safety and accident prevention. The occupational safety specialist provides support in all aspects of occupational safety and accident prevention.

The principles of the quality policy must be known throughout the company. They are also subject to an ongoing review and adjustment process as part of a periodic management review.

Policy statement on the QM system

PINK GmbH Thermosysteme has introduced a quality management system to fulfill contractually agreed customer requirements and to plan, implement and monitor all quality-relevant activities. The quality management system is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and is recertified in accordance with the specified cycles. Our quality management system is practiced throughout the company. The QM documentation, which consists of the work processes and the documents cited therein, is binding for all employees of the company.

By applying the QM system, we ensure that the quality policy is implemented in our company, that legal requirements are observed, that the requirements of ISO 9001 are integrated into our processes and that improvements are promoted. We provide appropriate resources to guarantee the effectiveness of the quality management system.

The specifications from the quality management system serve all employees as binding guidelines for quality-conscious, customer-oriented and responsible action.
