Service technician in office and field service (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Customer support via e-mail and telephone
• Determining the causes of faults and eliminating them
• Commissioning of our plants and systems in our factory and installation for our customers worldwide
• Conversion, maintenance and repair of customer systems
• Instruction and user training

Your profile:

• Completed training as an electronics/mechatronics technician or comparable. Further training as a master craftsman or technician desirable, but not mandatory
• Good understanding of complex procedures and technical processes
• Willingness to spontaneous customer assignments on site
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Customer orientation, ability to work in a team and independently develop solutions to problems
