Service technician in the back office (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Customer support via e-mail and telephone
• Initial, simple assistance and advice in the event of problems
• Creating and maintaining service tickets and complaints (in the ERP system)

Your profile:

• Completed technical training with commercial understanding/further training
• Experience in service desirable but not essential
• Use of PC and ERP system (proAlpha)
• Enjoy contact with customers
• Good knowledge of English
• Experience in reading drawings and circuit diagrams desirable
• Career starters also welcome
