It certifies the companies&#8217; economic success, an employee-friendly corporate culture and progressive digitalization strategies.<\/p><p>PINK GmbH Thermosysteme in Wertheim-Bestenheid was awarded the prestigious employer seal of approval at the beginning of July, shortly after being named one of the top 100 most innovative companies for the second time in a row. We are delighted that we have successfully completed the multi-stage audit process and met the required criteria, says Managing Director Andrea Pink.<\/p><p><strong><br>Role model for German SMEs<\/strong><\/p><p>The renowned employer seal shows where it is worth applying. But it also makes a valuable contribution to employee identification, motivation and loyalty, as it confirms the company&#8217;s qualities as an employer to its workforce.<\/p><p><br>Employers of the future have a modern digital presence, are innovative and offer contemporary working conditions.
