On behalf of compamedia, the organizer of the competition, he and his team analyzed the innovative strength of the participants on the basis of more than 100 test criteria.<\/p><p>At its core, the TOP 100 analysis is about whether innovations are the result of structured innovation management in companies &#8211; or whether they arise by chance. &#8220;Innovation means acting instead of reacting,&#8221; says Franke, &#8220;it means actively shaping the future instead of hoping that nothing will change.&#8221;<\/p><p>PINK GmbH Thermosysteme is now one of the top innovators for the third time in a row. The mechanical engineering company has made a name for itself primarily in the field of vacuum brazing and sintering systems.<\/p><p>For the current round of the competition, Managing Director Andrea Pink and her team have once again taken the trouble to process the extensive application documents. &#8220;It really gets down to the nitty-gritty,&#8221; says Pink, because the aim is to deal intensively with the individual topics.<\/p><p>This makes the independent analyses from Prof. Dr. Franke&#8217;s team, which all participants receive, all the more valuable. For PINK Thermosysteme, they have become an important tool for evaluating its strategies.<\/p><p>TOP 100 has been taking place for 32 years &#8211; 364 SMEs applied in 2025. Of these, 262 were successful and have held the TOP 100 Seal 2025 since February 1.<\/p><p>On June 27, all top innovators of the year 2025 will come together at the Rheingoldhalle in Mainz for the award ceremony as part of the German SME Summit.
