The patented SIN 200+ modular sintering system is a highly flexible system that is suitable for a wide range of production requirements, from the laboratory to series production, as it has a modular design and can therefore be operated as a batch system or automated inline system with different preheating and/or cooling modules.
The product temperature, atmospheric pressure and the various process gases inside the vacuum chamber(s) can be precisely controlled at all times during heating, sintering and cooling. In conjunction with the dynamic adaptability of the pressing force of the sintering punch, new process possibilities are offered.
