Despite all our efforts, we are not perfect! We are constantly evolving and are also reliant on information if there are problems that are not seen.

The whistleblower system reflects the legal requirements for the protection of whistleblowers under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The system applies to all companies of the A. PINK Group.

If you submit this report from abroad, the following applies: Messages from whistleblowers from abroad are also accepted on a voluntary basis so that the A. PINK Group can take note of such information about undesirable developments or legal violations. However, it cannot be guaranteed that the system will meet the diverse legal requirements for whistleblower systems under the legal systems outside Germany (worldwide).
